Arizona Office Technologies is seeking a highly motivated, energetic Sales Manager to join our Sales team in Phoenix.

  • Manages sales of the company's products and services in the Phoenix Arizona market with a team of Account Executives.
  • Manages a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team quota performance.
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel.
  • Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.


  • Manages the marketplace to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.
  • Manages team to achieve quota objectives individually and collectively.
  • Establishes and manages effective programs to recruit, train, motivate, coach and appraise sales personnel.
  • Collaborates with Vice President, Sales in establishing and recommending the most effective sales growth.


  • Business to business sales industry related experience in the Phoenix market strongly preferred.
  • A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of seven years of related experience or training in office equipment or technology sector; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience.
  • Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
  • Business to business sales team leadership experience with proven ability to hire, motivate and lead a sales team is ideal, however not a minimum qualification. Good experience mentoring sales Reps will be considered.
