The AOT-Xerox Contract Administrator's primary focus is to set up contracts, manage their contract base, ensuring timely and accurate billing of all revenue and resolving billing issues.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Work billing queue daily to bill contracts, timely and accurately, resolving warnings
• Work missing contracts queue daily to set up new contracts timely and accurately
• Work expired contracts queue daily to review and renew expired contracts 30-60 days out
• Handle incoming customer calls regarding account
• Liaise with customer and sales reps to manage customer account
• Process changes, additions, and deletions to existing accounts
• Process contract cancellations
• Liaise with Meter Specialists on meter discrepancies
• Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and billing as required by AOT & customers
• Perform other assignments as required

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
• 2+ years copier industry experience preferred
• Must type 50 words per minute
• Proficiency using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook)
• Excellent communication (oral, written and presentation skills)
• Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels
• Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches
